Review by hotel critic
I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's modern and contemporary restaurant during my stay on the 31st of December. the highlight of my culinary experience was the exquisite New Year's Eve 5-course Gala Dinner. Each dish showcased the best of British seasonal cuisine, prepared with innovation and creativity. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. Aside from the Gala Dinner, I also had the chance to explore other dining options nearby, such as the Thatch and Scott's, which offered a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, the hotel's culinary offerings truly impressed me, with breakfast using high-quality ingredients and the restaurant providing a modern twist on British classics. I highly recommend indulging in the hotel's dining options for a gastronomic journey like no other.
